If you are going to be registering a Kindergartener for the 2023-2024 school year, please see below.
Children that will be 5 years old on or before January 1, 2024 are eligible for Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year. Please call Tracy Ring at 860-693-7721 or email tring@cantonschools.org
For the 2024-25 school year, prospective students will only be able to apply for kindergarten if their birthdates fall within the following range: Child turns 5 on or before September 1, 2024 (born on or between September 2, 2018, and September 1, 2019, OR child was born between September 2, 2017, and September 1, 2018, and has no previous schooling).

Directions:
1. Go to this link to fill out the pre-registration form.
2. After completing the form, you will receive an email from Powerschool with the title of “New Student Registration”. Please make sure you check your spam folder as some have reported it going there.
3. Follow the directions in the email to complete the online registration forms. Please note: you will have the opportunity to upload documents while completing the online registration forms. Documents must be scanned and saved as PDF files, photographs of documents will not be accepted. Size of documents uploaded on this site cannot exceed 10MB per file.
*If you aren't able to upload documents, please either scan or email them to Tracy Ring (tring@cantonschools.org) or bring copies to CBPS Office.
