A proud Connecticut native, I grew up in Meriden and benefited from its public school system, K-12. My journey in education and community engagement began at Providence College, where I earned a BS in Business Administration and met my wife, Amy. Later, I continued my academic pursuits, earning an MA in Theology from Holy Apostles College.
Years ago, Amy and I were drawn to the charm and tight-knit community of Canton, where we chose to raise our four children. We take immense pride in the education and opportunities they received through the Canton schools, where they actively participated in both curricular and extracurricular activities. Today, two of our children have returned to Canton to raise their own families, and we are thrilled that four of our eight grandchildren now attend Canton schools, continuing a family tradition of involvement and growth within this vibrant community.
I was honored to be elected to the Canton Board of Education in 2020, marking my second term on the BOE. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to serving Canton in various capacities, including roles on the Board of Selectmen, the Canton Education Foundation, Dollars for Scholars, and the Chamber of Commerce. My mission is to combine my professional expertise, community knowledge, and passion for service to help our schools improve and thrive year after year.
Professionally, I have spent the last 13 years as the Chief Executive Officer of Call A Doctor Plus, a telehealth company based in Canton. Before this role, I built a successful career in employee benefits, holding senior management positions at Marsh, Wells Fargo, and Willis.
Beyond my professional and volunteer commitments, coaching has always been my greatest joy. Over the years, I’ve coached at various levels, from high school football to nearly every sport my children and now my grandchildren have played. Canton’s vibrant community spirit, coupled with its family-focused values, makes it an extraordinary place to live, work, and grow.
